These Terms of Service govern your use of SwivTV's IPTV platform. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
01 Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to SwivTV, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms of Service in their entirety.
02 Service Overview
SwivTV provides an IPTV streaming service that delivers live television, video-on-demand, and catch-up content over the internet. Service quality depends on your internet connection speed — we recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for optimal 4K performance.
03 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing credentials beyond your authorized device limit may result in account suspension. We recommend using a strong, unique password.
04 Fair Use Policy
SwivTV is for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistributing, re-streaming, recording for distribution, or reverse-engineering any part of our service is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
05 Payment & Refund Policy
All plans are prepaid. Trial (1-month) plans are non-refundable. For all other plans (3, 6, or 12 months), we offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours are not eligible. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — renewal is always your choice.
06 Uptime & Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, ISP issues, or force majeure events.
07 Intellectual Property
All channel content, trademarks, and media delivered through SwivTV belong to their respective rights holders. SwivTV acts as a technology platform and does not claim ownership of any third-party content.
08 Limitation of Liability
SwivTV's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption.
09 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes. No refund is issued for policy-violation terminations.
10 Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of SwivTV after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
